Shots around the Ship:

Our room for the Med cruise #2520 - deluxe oceanview stateroom. Alot of people that were on both cruises were able to stay in the same room, but since we were upgraded to an oceanview room, we didn't mind moving. :)
They moved our luggage from our old room for us and we weren't too long without a room. They had it ready earlier for those of us staying onboard at about 11:00am compared to everyone else's at 2:00pm.
This is what the bed looks like when it is divided into 2 twins.

We had alot of time to kill while waiting for the next cruise to board. We had the ship almost to ourselves. We did hear from some castmembers that there were about 200 (cannot remember the exact number) people doing the back to back cruises like we were. I tried to take pictures of the empty decks while we had them.

Barcelona, Spain

Our last night of the Transatlantic cruise with our server Melroy, head server Caio, and assistant server Carlos. (The good news that we didn't know at the time, was that we were going to have them all again on the next cruise!
Do you have a favorite server on the Magic or Wonder?

Around Barcelona
Some beautiful buildings on the walk back the shuttle to go back to the ship. This area of the city was very beautiful!

Above: more Las Ramblas
Below: We didn't go down this side street, but I had to take a picture of how CROWDED it was!

Down in the metros, they had beautiful mosiacs of popular city attractions.

Above: Some closer detail of La Sagrada church...this was way up high
The official entrance although I liked the other side of the church better. Gaudi sure had some WEIRD ideas...but very unique to say the least.... Above: The newly constructed section....still being worked on.

La Sagrada de Familia....still under construction. It looked about the same as it did in 2007

Above: A Gaudi inspired building along Las Ramblas. It was not done by Gaudi, but the entire facade was covered in vibrant ceramic tiles. It was still pretty impressive.

Walking along Las Ramblas. It was a holiday there, kind of like Valentine's day. The guy buys the girl a rose, and the girl buys her guy a book, like a valentine's exchange. Las Ramblas was FILLED with all flower shops and book shops, we didn't see anything else. We walked a ways down, but it was so crowded, and just the same things over and over, flowers and books, that we called it quits and went on the metro instead. I was really looking forward to seeing the street performers, but unless they were farther down, we didn't see any. :(

They did fireworks for us again when we arrived in Barcelona, but it was much shorter than 2007's. They were still fun to watch though! I have some video, I will try and post it later.

Misc. pictures around the Magic

Above: The new Villians Tonight! show
Kronk and Izma
Above; DS17 with our servers, Melroy and Carlos. We were lucky enough to have them again on the next cruise as well!

Above: We loved the Alfred and Seymour's show!

We ran into Alice, so we had to grab a quick picture!

Don Ducky Williams doing his drawings at his show that were later raffled off as prizes. Did we win one FINALLY? NO! :(
But we were still glad to see him.

We loved seeing Spanish Donald and Daisy!
Zonked out!

Towel animal!

Gibraltar and the monkeys!

View of Gibraltar from the ship at port.

Above: A view of the port area from atop the Rock
Below: DS7 surrounded by monkeys!
The monkeys were all so cute and playful with each other! But don't be fooled, they can be pretty mean too! A guy that sat a few tables over from us, got bitten. The monkey wanted his child's stuffed monkey, and he ended up getting bit!

We were not going to have any monkeys on us this time. We had heard that they had gotten more aggressive and were biting and going to the bathroom all over people. One happened to jump on DS7 for a very quick picture, and we were about to put it on DS17, thinking what the heck, that wasn't so bad, and he jumped right off of DS7 over the the rail and peed all over. DS17 then said, "Uh, no thanks!"
So we just got a picture with the monkey sitting by him instead.
